The owner, Mr. Takanao Suzuki, offers sushi that reflects his extensive experience and originality. Nigiri" is the restaurant's specialty, using mellow rice blended with red and white vinegar and carefully selected ingredients. Famous ingredients such as tuna from Shiogama, white shrimp from Toyama, and shinko from Maisaka, Shizuoka, are made into exquisite nigiri. The restaurant features dishes that combine the techniques inherited from famous restaurants, such as saba no stick-zushi (mackerel stick sushi), with his own specialties.

Opened in 2015, this sushi restaurant is highly acclaimed in Ginza. It is known as a high-end sushi restaurant in Ginza. The owner, Takanao Suzuki, is from Shizuoka Prefecture and trained for 12 years at the famous Ginza restaurant Sushi Aoki before opening his own restaurant, Sushi Suzuki. He has received high acclaim for his fusion of traditional techniques and new approaches.
